Mazi is a Principal/Program Manager at Monitor National Security with eight years experience working with defense, aerospace, energy and aviation clients including domestic and foreign industry participants and policymakers.

Mazi's experience is anchored in competitive strategy. He has helped leading industry participants improve their competitive position through original thought and the application of leading Monitor methodologies. Additionally, Mazi has led teams in support of senior policy makers in OSD and the Military Departments by providing impactful insights related to the budget and Army, Navy and Air Force Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs).

Prior to Monitor, Mazi worked for a leading aerospace concern focused on market development and analysis. He developed expertise on the DoD systems acquisition process as well as the broader aerospace and defense industry, performing strategic market and competitive analysis and winning new major DoD programs.

Mazi has a BS in engineering from Virginia Tech and has a MS in engineering and a MBA from the University of Tennessee.
